This program is designed for those that are looking to continue their swimming for fitness, competition or to be part of a like-minded community. A coach will be on-deck to provide workouts and feedback. Workouts can be modified based on individual abilities or goals. Participants should be comfortable swimming with others and can complete swim workouts. Register in-person at the pool or online using the link below.
